Website Revamp

We are looking for someone to help us revamp our jewelry website. On a highlevel this should include but not limited to a secure online shopping cart and checkout, browsing of items with descriptions and info, admin backend so we can maintain this, customer login accounts, inventory search etc.
Should be implemented in ASP.NET
We have high SEO rankings which need to be maintained.
Some site graphics will also need to be created.
