Simple Phpbb Theme

I need a theme with no logos on it apart from a box for a logo at the top of the page which has to be 300 pix high by 800 pix wide which can easily be changed. The theme must be very modern looking, easy to edit and have Murdock Solutions (in a design of your choosing) on it at the bottom right hand corner. Must come in a red, blue, green and black theme colours. It can just be the standered phpBB 3 form layout like http://www.trymore.co.uk
