Ms Word Forms To Html
We are a website development Company. We have an existing website that we have 7 forms in Ms word that we need HTML for. These forms are about 20 fields each. A combination of various field types, text, textarea, checkbox, dropdown, etc.
Work Outline:
- form fields must be intelligently named, not just field1, field2, etc.
- the amount of characters allowed in text entry fields must be limited using HTML / javascript to about the same amount allowed in the Ms Word document
- The forms will be designed using the design of the current website, so no design changes are required.
- We will do the programming to submit the forms and save to a database. When the data is retrieved the forms with submitted data must be printed
- We also need HTML for printing of the forms with data in them. These print versions must print with the same page layout and pagination as in the Ms Word files. This is why the amount of data must be restricted upon submission.
Summary:
You are to deliver HTML forms and the same forms in HTML to print with the same layout as the Ms Word files.
