Flash Animation For Youtube 2

Im looking for someone to recreate the attached media file and make a flash animation out of it to put on youtube. I like google voice animation (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4Q9MJdT5Ds). In addition use a professional voice to describe the movie. The movie must be 16:9 widescreen player size. This way it will fit the whole screen in youtube.
