Roulette Program

Hi everyone.
I have downloaded a program called the Roulette Sniper that allows you to change the settings, only thing that I wanted to do more is allow me imput the number database with a notepad or something that it will accept and then press submit where it would give me a report based on the settings I had given it. Can someone do this for me.
Or make something the same with my addition.

At the present moment I have to select each number as it comes, by doing it this way we can do back testing on different settings to fine tune a system.
