Duplicate Website

I need www.Fouger4kids.com duplicated…. and put on www.Fouger.com.au,
BUT, all of the header and contact us information MUST remain untouched and the same as it is now on fouger.com.au.
The .com site is our supplier, and we need to update out products….so only the products are to change…..not our company info or contact into
Basically need the category pages updated.
