Bulk Image Water Mark Magento

We have a magento store and need all image files to be watermarked. We already have the watermarking image. This is an easy project for anyone with bulk watermarking software; simply download image files, upload to bulk watermarking software, keep image file names the same, then upload back to file. Prefer to work with somone who is familiar with Magento.
