Setting Links To Flash Banners

We have some Flash ad banners ready designed. We require the ability to set unique links to the banners to allow affiliates to publish them on their sites with their unique referral link.
We just need the Flash files setup to accomodate this only.
i.e.
We need to add actionscript/or other code to .swf file, so it will take c as variable and generate a link. For example:
http://www.mywebsite.com/banner.swf?c=http://www.google.com would go to google.com
http://www.mywebsite.com/banner.swf?c=http://www.yahoo.com would go to yahoo.com
