Create Dropdown Menu In Modx

Hi,
I have a modx website with a custom template already installed. I need someone to create a CSS Dropdown menu for me.
The current navigation is only 1 level.
I have attached the source code so you can see the existing template.
I will give you full access to the site once a provider is selected.
**Please provide an accurate timeframe for delivery.
