WordPress Site/database + Xml

This is for a media company that aggregates content from a number of outside sources and then redistributes it via an XML feed.
We scrapped our old non-Wordpress site and started over on WordPress.
We need to add fields for items like bylines, original source of the article, etc. that we can fill out when posting content to the site.
Then we need all that data show up as separate items in an outbound XML feed that we can send to partners.
We have samples of what we’d like those outbound feeds to look like.
The site is on WordPress.org & it’s on a MySQL database.
We would like to have this project completed by the end of March if possible.
