Photoshop Political Cartoon

I need a graphic artist with photoshop type skills to create a political cartoon out of two existing images. Your job will be to blend the two images into one image and add a caption so that the result is a political cartoon. I can show you the original images to start with and tell you the caption, I just need you to do the work. It is OK to use a photoshop type product OR to do original art from scratch. I want a result that is copyrightable for me.
One of the original images is a line drawing and the other is a photograph. I’d like one day turnaround if possible.
Warning if you have strong political or religious views, you WILL be offended, and please do not apply for the project.
