Design/makeover
I am looking for someone to advise and instruct on a website previously built. The website is a similar clone of swoopo. It needs to be madeover and have some customization done to it. The customization will include editing the count down timer, change the time format from 24 hour format to 12 hour format, adding and editing pages, installing a buy it now option, editing banners, editing the template, customizing the category module, and more. I am looking for an economy friendly budget. Please do not bid with a erroneous bid of 1000′s of dollars. My budget is low but I am willing to pay for quality of the work. I will entertain the lowest bids possible only. I prefer a freelancer with quality skills. I expect a thorough breakdown of the bid you put, a price for each and every feature and change that you make. If you charge by the hour please specify how long it will take before you make and changes. Approval will be needed. I need someone who can complete this on a quick basis, preferably one who already has the codes for these kinds of changes. Once this job is completed, there are several other jobs to follow. Payments will be made as progress is made and approved.
