I am in need of a logo for an internet radio program. I would like it to have a web 2.0 feel (glossy kind of 3D). The program name is “Betty Meza Presenta Desfile de Exitos Nacional”. The program has a music feel to it and is basically a top ten/hit parade show and I would like it to be reflected in the logo. I would like it given to me in a high resolution in both a PSD file and a PNG file. I need the final product in two days and need the designer to be open to changes during those two days until I am satisfied.

We need a website where it allows people to post their resumes or fill out a general one on the website upon signing up for the site. We will need a free member account and a premium account which would be a small fee to get upgraded things. We would need a special section to allow employers to view peoples resume. Meaning we want resumes private to other users since they contain personal information. It would need to break down the the users resumes to a select number of job catagories such as 3 max or something upon sign up of the site. Ideas keep flowing in but this is a general setup. We will need other tools as well such as like a tips section for writing a resume and other tools. But this is a general idea to get a price on this project. Im open for ideas as well.

I also need to be able to put some people moderator, and they would be able to click a “Ban” button to ban someone (His IP adress) for 24 hours.

As you can see this is a video overlay code.The problem with it is that only works with this embed code,wich means i have to change everytime the youtube link on the code(because it does not work with the original one).If i try to put there the original code the hide link doesnt show up and people can’t close the advertisement window.What i need is somebody who modificates this code that i can put there any kind of html code(iframe,javascript….)and the hide link still shows up.If You have already a working code like this i will accept that.
