Needing MYSQL Databse setup for program mailing.

What is needed:
A MYSQL Database setup in PHPMYADMIN that will process and send out mail via cron. Emails are sent by users to contacts, these emails when sent by users should be FIRST sent to the MY SQL Database in PHP MY ADMIN, Then mailed from there according to Cron Settings.

I just need someone to quickly sort out my wordpress installation.

I have previously installed wordpress on my domain and it worked okay. I have tried to add an additional domain to the ‘seohosting’ cpanel. I had trouble getting this to work okay and have removed the additional installation.

I have now found that the original wordpress installation doesnt work properly and it says that “There doesn’t seem to be a wp-config.php file” When I try to create the wp-config.php file by clicking ‘Create a configuration file’ I get the following message ‘Sorry, I need a wp-config-sample.php file to work from. Please re-upload this file from your WordPress installation’.

The first part of this task is to sort out my original wordpress installation without reinstalling it, if possible.

I also have another peice of software on this domain called linkubaiter that has stopped working also. I need this to operate again.

Once these tasks have been completed I need my other domain adding with wordpress installing ready for me to configure.

My twist will be the selection of several tags, so the visitors will be able to view items by tag, popularity, rating, date, etc. Also, whoever I chose to be my admins, will have the ability to approve/reject the submissions.

Example:
Someone submits a chocolate cake picture, a link to the recipe, a short description and selects “Chocolate”, “Brown”, “Cake” from several radio buttons or popup menus. The visitors select the tag “Cake” and that chocolate cake appears along other cakes.

I need a simple but robust countdown timer that is very easy to plug in into a custom site. There should be no lag and the countdown timer should update by ‘n’ seconds anytime someone places a bid. The ‘n’ seconds value should be a variable. I can fetch this value from a database later on. This means the page should auto-refresh every second so all users are looking at the same countdown state.

I need an installation disk create to establish a PPPoe connection on my customers’ computers. It does not really need to “install” anything as much as to just run the wizards already built into the OS’s. I know that windows and mac both have a “create internet connection” wizard with an option for ‘PPPoe connection that requires authentication.” So this is not really a graphically intensive project. A simple solution could be to use the shell commands from the OS’s to open and run these wizards. Then they could be placed into a batch file or something, and then finally end up on a CD-ROM as a .exe. I know that the wizards were created to be very simple, but there are still several choices that could be confusing to my customers. I am trying to make this as easy as 3 or 4 clicks. So they put it in, it auto runs, or they click the .exe file, then it runs, pops up a window to ask them what there username and password for authentication is, and then completes.
