I have a live fully working basic project management script that needs extra features added .This script was written in PHP.

At the moment this script has no registration. So only the admin can add users. What I would like is for my customers to be able to create an account with a user name and password with an email to confirm their sign up and to authenticate that its their email address and cut me out of the loop of the signing up process.

There is an option with this script, where each user has the option for each project to be able to upload files back and fourth from user to admin. What I would like is an option to be able to limit individuals on how much they can upload i.e.100MB or 50MB. Another thing is I’m planning on exchanging up to a gig through this script, is it possible with this script?

I have an image rotator at www.cereno.co.uk that needs to be customised. There are five grey boxes underneath the large image. At the moment the rotator is not working. We need the database administration panel of our website. The general admin panel graphical design is in attachment.

All DB dump creation files is prepared by us and will be delivered to the programmer. Its in attachment also, you can take a look.

The administration panel is consisted of 5 main groups:

1. News:
There are some standart text fields (<input>) as “NEW_TITLE_EN”, “NEW_TITLE_FR”. And we have some text fields which needs Rich Text Editor (RTE) to edit.

The user will be able to add photos. Which means that we need an image upload component, and this component need to have crop property also. If the user doesnt select any area, the program should not give an error and should select a default sized area.

2. Products
This is same as news panel. We have a text field and a RTE field. The user will be able to upload documents and photos attached to the product. Its the same crop+upload component as the news.

3. Customers
Only CUSTOMER_ID and CUSTOMER_NAME. Clear.

4. References
Again same text and RTE fields and photo upload. All references has PRODUCT_NO and CUSTOMER_NO fields.

5. Jobs
Table JOBS has only JOB_TITLE_FR, JOB_TITLE_NL, JOB_TITLE_EN fields as textfield. But the job description is consisted of JOB_ITEMS. And the JOB_ITEMS has JOB_ITEM_GROUPS. So, in the control panel we need to be able to add/edit JOB_ITEMS and JOB_ITEM_GROUPS table also.

There will be need of using a JQuery function in this part. Because we will have 2 comboboxes for JOB_ITEMS. In the first combobox we will have JOB_ITEM_GROUPS and when we select one, the JOB_ITEMS combobox need to be loaded by $Ajax.load function. And we want to be able to add new JOB_ITEMS and new JOB_ITEM_GROUP in the same screen, which need another $Ajax.load function. The page should not be refreshed. (This is not so complex indeed, we will explain it during the communication.

We want that the admin panel is written by simple PHP file. Which can run on a Windows server or UNIX/LINUX apache server. Some programmers are using some techniques with htaccess file or something, we are not
accustomed with that. We want just copy the php files to our hosting (of course we will install the database) and it should run. All files will have .php extension.

The HTML coding need to be made accordingly, the graphical design should appear same in different browsers like IE7-8, Firefox, Chrome, Mac browsers etc.

We are a software programming company, so we need a clear and understandable code, because we will need to modify these pages later by ourselves.

Our deadline is in 5 days so the timing and the seriousity of the programmer is more important than the price for us. We have no chance to postpone the deadline, please take into consideration this information.
