Cartoon Logo For Website

I need a logo for my site!

I would like the logo to be creative and clever, although the finished product doesn’t need to be something I thought of, I may have some ideas if you’ll read on.
One idea is that it may be cool to have a cartoon drawing of a pissy nerdy dumb person holding a big google (LOGO) sign perhaps wearing a IFGI t-shirt in the cartoon drawing. 
Maybe smoking a cigarette spelling out IFGI. CO .CC
Whoever provides mockups, samples, example work, etc. will be considered for this logo project. I am looking for a really good graphic designer to get this done for me but please send in your bids, mockups, prior work, etc.
