Manual Relevant Link Building

Looking for manual link building on relevant sites.
You must be able to research and find relevant sites that you will then build links from.
Please note: I’m not looking for directory submissions, blog comment links or other types of ‘basic’ link building. If you included that in your message it will be ignored.
Also, I’m not interested in paid monthly links. Only permanent, organic and quality links (if you are the one I’m looking for then you know how to get them).
