Chatroulette Chat Bot W/ Video

also can you make something like this?
I need a bot for chatroulette, i have a video/videos of a person/persons and i want a bot to log in chatroulette stay there few minutes type certain things and go to next and so on (disconnect and connect if neccesserary) again and so on, i want to be able to copy that bot with different videos and make it look like a 100 different people or 300 different people or etc… people. i don’t want that to be logged on to a computer i want that to be done somehow over the server or through my website or something, and i want that thing to be on all the time or certain times.
i have limited budget for this so give your best please.
is it doable?
