Logo Editing

I already have a very small logo 332 x 97 px.
The logo has the company name text on it with a transparent background, I need the name text changed to 2 new company names that I will provide. I don’t have a PSD, just .png file. Needs to be sent in clean transparent format as I will apply it to a colored background.

I need this right away,
