Help With Html Template Needed

Hello Everyone,
I have a template for a cleaning service website. I just need help with virtual footer, header, and some photoshop work in regards to insertion of a logo in a website, etc. It’s not a complete website, you even don’t have to worry about text on a front page. Only those things that I’ve listed should be done.
The method that i offer: I will send you a rar package with a template, you will post it somewhere online for me (just don’t waste time on e-mails) and we’ll do it by msn. I will let you know everything I need, then you post it, and I will see it and correct if needed the same moment.Also you need to change the html to asp
