Css For Dating Site

I have a dating site developed by a 3rd part developer. The site is complete except for the look of the site. I need someone to CSS the entire site. The site is developed in cakephp using a MVC pattern. The site has a flash component to it as well. I will provde details when someone is intested. If there is someone who can CSS the site to look excatly how i want it please reply. (Please note this project was posted before but due to time constraints it was cancelled)
