I would like a desktop application that is linked to my site www.2kstockphoto.info that users can download and it allows them to edit images then upload the edited images to my website the editor needs to be feature rich.
Please state in your bid what the application will include
Please ensure that the software developed will be avalible on a unlimited basis and avalible for free to members.
I will have full ownership of software developed and if good enough might sell it for small fee but it mainly aimed as a free desktop photoeditor
needs to be able to handle multiple formats of images
Please in your bid tell me what features it will inculde and send a example of the works
