Customize Silverlight 3 Player

What I need is a few changes on the Silverlight 3 Player created by Expression Encoder 3.
I will use the “Chrome” template for my project, so, all you have to do is use the “Edit copy of template in” option on Expression Encoder and start working.
I will expect one ready to use (compiled version) and the source code.
C# Coders are welcome to bid, however you must like to be choosen if you can make the changes on the VB.NET version of the player.
Please don’t forget to specify the language you are planning to use.
All changes on the code must be well commented.
