Marketing Tool

This is an easy project for the average programmer. I am looking to have a marketing tool created. This marketing tool will be doing a yahoo search of a domain name in order to get a list of the webpages that are indexed with yahoo.
The program will utilize the site explorer feature that yahoo has. Once the program performs the search it will then download the TSV file that yahoo makes available.
The program will then need to pull all of the URLs from the TSV file and pass it on to a CSV file. There will also be other information used to create the CSV file.
Detailed descriptions and video tutorials will be provided to the winning bidder.
