Video Player Edit

I have a video player on my site that lacks needed functions. I will need the player decompiled as it is located here; http://handshakesdemo.com/swf/ then right clicking on “player.swf” and selecting “save target as” and they can save a copy to their computer to try and decompile it. So, I need to find someone who can edit a swf video player, without the fla files
This player is also on HotHuskers.com I need the edited player to have embed code available, choice of 3 screenshots from video uploaded to display (notice the video on HotHuskers is blank until push play), I would also like the play arrow to have color options that I can select.
