WordPress Blog Fix

Once again my WordPress blog site has been attacked or something and is down. I need a programmer to both fix the WordPress blog, make it the top domain for my site and block it from further attacks if possible.
It is sad because website owners cannot have a website or blog script without people attacking it like this.
