Simple Cubecart Mod

We are looking for a simple mod to a customised cubecart 3.
All we want is that if any of the product fields in database for any particular product contain no data the words “not specified” are displayed on the product page.
While we do not write php we know this is a little mod to the
includes/content/viewProd.inc.php
file
This is not a major amount of work for a competant programmer any silly bids will be removed.
