Psd To Html And Css -immediate

Hi
we have an urgent psd to html + css project.
3 psds are ready and need to be sliced, with mouseover states and drop down menu.
you need to be available now, and deliver the 3 pages one by one when done instead of all at one go.
the css has to w3c standards.
pls revert with your timezone when you are bidding.
