Oscommerce: Need Help…

Ok, the website is www.laptop-planet.co.uk
Its a fairly new store, but I need to setup the following contributions/add-ons:
- GoogleCheckout (Paypal already done)
- SEO Optimisation (url’s etc…)
- Change the white background to dark blue/black (doesn’t quite fit in at the moment)
