Help With Drop Down Menu

Hello
I have a drop down menu that is somehow hiding behind my youtube video in IE. It works fine in Firefox but not so good in IE.

I don’t want a new drop down menu, but looking for someone who can make my current drop down menu appear over the youtube video instead of behind it.
Might require some javascript updates?
I can’t give FTP information out but you could easily do a view source and get the code to make your modifcations.
