Epassporte Account Activation

Hi there,
I need help on my ePassporte account activation. Basically ePassporte have written to me saying:
“In order to complete the sign up process, you will need to activate the Account by receiving an initial transfer of $5US from any other ePassporte Business Account Holder.”
If you are an ePassporte Business account holder and you can transfer me the $5 from your ePassporte and I will pay you a one off fee here (which will obviously have to be more than $5 to get your money back).
