Cross Browser Comp Issues

We need an experienced front end programmer who is proficient in HTML and CSS design elements to solve some cross browser and operating system compatibility problems. We have a few pages that are not looking correct when viewed using XP and IE and we need someone who can make small adjustments so these pages look correct across the main browsers and operating systems. This is any urgent project and needs to be completed within 1-2 hours from when this project is accepted.
