Convert Psd To Xhtml

I am looking for an expert developer to code a PSD design into a clean XHTML layout. I need to best, cleanest code. You must have advanced knowledge of CSS/XHTMl/jQuery. I am not looking for a cheap, fast, average coder. I want the best! Please send me examples of your work.
You must speak good English as well, I have had too many communications problems in the past.
