Completing A Typo3 Site

We have a site which is www.bwf.com.tr
We need a programmer who knows TYPO3 to complete this site as clone of www.bwf-group.com
There is not too many pages as the www.bwf-group.com.
We need some pages of this site. You can see the needed pages sitemap in the attachment.
Site has 2 languages configuration.One is Turkish and one is English.
We will complete the translation after the project is complete.
We need a programmer who knows TYPO3 to complete this site as clone of www.bwf-group.com for English pages exactly same of the original.
