Clone Of A Website

I want a website similar to http://www.kickstarter.com with the same functionality.
Project creators need to sign up and create an account to post projects.
I want people to be able to create projects and post them on the website.
I want people who visit the website to be able to donate to any of the projects they want to and to as many as they want to.
Members will need a way to manage their project.
