Background For Our Joomla Page

Hello,
Let me get to the project details straight away as this project is very simple. You only need to develop nice graphic, which we will use as background.
BIF if you could provide us similair background as its here on this mockup:

(look at the black dots), we want such background with BLACK DOTS! You can send mockup aswell on PMB!
Background should be 1000px. Please type in the PMB/BID “bdot” if you understood those instructions.
