Article Submission Guaranteed

I am looking for article submitters who can furnish me a report of the actual article placement. I do Not Want simple submissions.
If you submit to 10,000 sites, I don’t care, I want how many articles will be guaranteed placed and a report within 20 days on an excel spreadsheet with the actual page URL
The article sites must be a PR1 Home page minimum to be accepted
I supply all content, 500 words, 2 links in the footer
I am looking for at least 50 guaranteed placements per article and I do several hundred a month so i have many projects,
