Transfer Website To New Server

I want to transfer a website from one hosting company to another.
It is a small classified ads website build using PHP and My Sql.
Everything needs to be transfered to the new hosting company and set up. The mysql databases need to be transfered and the settings changed so they work with the new hosting.
I hired someone else to do this but they did not transfer the site correctly so I am having to advertise it again.
This is a fairly basic job, should take no more than a few hours to complete.
Please only bid if you have experience doing this kind of work and positive reviews on Scriptlance.
