Smallchanges To Flash Template

Hello,
I need a few easy changes made to a flash template ( http://templates.entheosweb.com/template_number/16660.asp ):
1- extend its width to 950px (from 666px)(extend main area by 250px , red area by 34px)
2- change the title text, add 1 line of text below it (and keep the existing animation), add “home” word to the extreme right, and link all of that to the homepage
3- write a few sentences explaining how to change the images in the slideshow, and the menu text
Please write ABC in your answer so that I know you read this. Bonus for good work is very likely. Thanks.
