Must be placed on Relevant pages (the Page rank Must be on the page the links is placed on)
Must be Do Follow
Must not be on a Classified ad, frame or Job Board
Must not be on a re-direct page,
Must not have greater than 50 out-bound links on the page link is placed on
Must not be placed on a page with Adult, Gambling or Pharmacy links
Must be guaranteed live for 90 days or you replace for free (i run a script to verify and check)
Must not place more than 1 link per domain, must all be on unique IP’s
Must have a quality written comment greater than 2 complete sentences, and the content must be in correct English with correct spelling and grammar
