Create Iphone App From Webpage

I have an html webpage that I would like converter to an Iphone app that I can submit to them for approval.
I need to know what you need from me,
How long it will take,
And what the deliverable is (a file) a folder etc? I have no idea.
I think they require a workable link so I will need that.
You must have Iphone app experience so you can help me submit it.
I have everything written so this should be VERY simple, no fancy footwork wanted or needed.
