Convert Online Flsh Video-ipod

I need someone to convert an online flash video to a format for iPod and for YouTube.
I’m not even sure what the best format is, you tell me.
If this is successful, there could be dozens more.

I want only the “live” area recorded. I don’t want the table of contents on the left recorded.
I don’t want the buttons on the bottom recorded. Just the primary content area.
I’m looking for top quality video and audio that someone can put on an iPod.
I also want a format that I can post with high quality on Youtube.
So – I want two files, one optimized for an iPod and one for YouTube.
