Wp Security Problem

My site is a wp blog. (Hosted by myself) I just tried to access it and got the following message from my virus software:-

JS:Small-C [Trj]
Trojan Horse
I am able to access the rest of the site except for the index page. Not sure how to get rid of this Trojan horse. Please advise
