Forex Indicator + Template

Hello.
I need a programmer who is familiar with MetaTrader platform.
I need you to do me a simple indicator. It’s based on a common indicator, so you won’t have any difficulties.
The indicator should appear in the bottom of the chart, with different colors.
I would also like that the same colors would appear directly in the chart.
About the template I need: This template needs to show me the colors of the indicator you’ll make in several time frames.
