Windows 7 And Recording

I recently installed Windows 7 (32 bit) and I’m having trouble with the sound cards (onboard sound and sound blaster). What I want to do is to be able to record what I hear on my speakers. I could do it with Windows xp, but not with Windows 7. With Windows xp, the sound blaster I could do this. They had a feature built in called What U Hear. But that is no longer available in Windows 7. So what I would like some to do is come up with a solution for this problem. I was using it to broadcast video on my desktop and at the same time broadcast the audio with it. I’d like to use the Sound Blaster Audigy Card with Windows 7. Please bidders should have extensive PC knowledge and know how to fix this issue.. I can assist the winning bidder on team viewer to fix this problem.
