Chinese Mandarin To English

I have the following requirement:-
To transcribe one hour interview from Chinese (Mandrin Chinese) to English. We have about nine hours to transcribe over the next week and the work should be completed within twelve hours of receipt of the recording
I would also have a transcription of the answers in Chinese characters and Pinyin and this transcription also necessary in order to check that the English translation is indeed accurate.
The interviews would be transmitted via MP3 file and again note need turnaround within twelve hours but not all the nine interviews at the same time one or two per day starting immediately.
