Bookmarking And Dofollow Link

Hi there, I am after a bookmarking job to be done for 20 sites with at least 5 different accounts,
5 of the sites will need to be done in the next 1-2 days.
I also need around 50 do-follow links (blog posting with Anchor tex)done for the one of the sites, (no flogs, spam or black hat please) links should be focused around internet and social media general area.
