Vote Bot Needed

I need an auto voting bot that will open the web page vote refresh and vote again. I need a bot that can vote up to 525 votes and hour. I have mac but run parallels so windows will not be a problem I also need so I may be able to change the count on the votes !! Thank You!! I am not sure about the programs but i believe its pretty basic!
