Install Hipergate 5 On Centos

I am looking for a simple installation of hipergate5 which is located at http://www.hipergate.com on CentOS 5.3 64bit. I do not wish for any custom work just installation. There is no control panel on the server just command line. I want to be able to via hipergate on a subdomain from my main site.
