Design E-book Cover

I need a cover designed for a special report I am writing.
The title of the report is “Finding a Niche: It Doesn’t Have to Be a Bitch!”
The sub-title of the report is “How to Find a Hungry Market in 4 Simple Steps”
I would like the colors of the report cover to complement the colors on this blog: www.KeywordsBlogger.com.
The cover should inlude a picture of a “bitchy-looking” woman, with a strike through her (to go along with the title of the report).
Here are the files I expect from you:
(1) A large version of the report cover that I can place on the first page of my report.
(2) A small version of the report cover that I can use on my blog. The image should be approximately 300 x 250 pixels
I would like the files in .psd and .jpg format.
